When you use the enquiry or contact forms on our Website, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. We do not collect payment details through the Website. We may use basic cookies and analytics that do not personally identify you.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on products or services you are interested in.
Our Website may link to external sites (such as brand websites or WhatsApp). These sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
The App is an internal workforce tool for authorised employees, field executives and sales representatives of Sree Kathir Traders. Accounts are created only by the company admin; members of the public cannot register.
The App does not collect contacts, SMS, call logs, files, audio, health data, payment card details or advertising ID, and does not show advertisements.
The App collects location data to enable attendance verification, field route tracking, verification of customer visits on the Route Day Plan, and calculation of daily conveyance (travel allowance).
When you tap Punch In, the App starts a location service and shows a persistent notification while it runs. During this time it collects your location even when the App is closed or not in use. Location collection stops automatically when you tap Punch Out. Location is not collected before Punch In or after Punch Out.
Before requesting location permission, the App shows a notice explaining this use. You can change or withdraw location permission at any time in your device settings (Settings > Apps > Kathir Trader Staff > Permissions). If you deny location access, attendance and route tracking features will not work.
The App uses the camera only when you choose to take an attendance photo, expense receipt or collection proof. These photos are uploaded to our server only for those purposes.
App data, including location, is accessible only to authorised administrators and managers of Sree Kathir Traders. We use these service providers, which process data on our behalf:
We keep App account and work data while you are employed with Sree Kathir Traders and your account is active. After your account is closed, personal data such as location history and photos is deleted within 90 days. Records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting purposes (such as invoices, orders and payment records) are retained as required by law.
The App is intended only for employees aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
All data from the Website forms and the App is transmitted over secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access is limited to authorised personnel. Please do not include sensitive personal information in enquiry messages.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including your App account and its data, by emailing info@skpkathir.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email address or phone number. We will respond within 30 days, in line with applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
